Course Objective exercise the respiratory, circulatory and hormonal adaptations, physiological basis of training, nutrition-performance relationship, exercise in different environments (hot-cold-high-low pressure, underwater physiology) theoretically, ergometer, ergospirometr is application to calculate maximal oxygen consumption.
Course Content Physiological basis of exercise energy metabolism, neuromuscular control of movement, muscle contraction, exercise the respiratory, circulatory and hormonal adaptations, effect on organisms or different exercises performed in different environments, acute and chronic effects occur on systems changes and exercise, explaining the impact on the exercise of individual and gender differences.
