Course Objective The course aims to examine the Political British Theatre in the context of social, political, economic theories and theatre theories in the light of the developments of theatre and the period.
Course Content The Political British Theatre will be discussed by comparing it with the previous theatrical productions in the light of the period's philosophical, social, political and literary developments analysing its style, content and theme technically. In the light of the theoretical data provided in the classes the significant theatrical works will be analysed technically.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
