COURSE DESCRIPTION

Course Objective Identify the common period of the Turkish world literature, the emergence of modern literature in the Turkish world and recognize the leading figures and works of Turkish World literature.
Course Content Studies on the literature of Turks outside Turkey, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Cyprus, Gagauz literature of Iran and Turkey, and sample letters of introduction and examination. The emergence of modern literature in the Turkish world is examined. Tatar, Bashkir and Kazakh literature and mutual relations are evaluated. Literature, literature and literary examples of Turkish, Uyghur and Balkan Turks. Kyrgyz, Nogay, Hakas, Altay, Chuvash and Yakut Turks literature, literary and literary examples to introduce and examine.

3To gain the ability to analyze, criticize and interpret the information given in the field of Turkish World Literature in the world of information and thought.
4Recognizing the scientific methods in the field of Turkish World Literature, compiling studies and gaining the ability to examine them.
5To be able to deepen the knowledge in the field of Turkish World Literature and to be able to do graduate studies.
6Recognition of the other disciplines in the field of Turkish Language and Literature and comparative studies with the Turkish World Literature.
7Gaining the skill of gaining the national and universal cultural elements and preparing them for new and contemporary productions with the knowledge gained in the field of Turkish World Literature.
8Gaining the ability to communicate easily and comprehensibly in written and oral form.
