Course Objective The aim of this lecture is to teach psychology theories and research at individual, group and organizational levels, to help students understand organizational behavior and management practices by examining psychological, sociological and antroplogical principles, to facilitate a critical evaluation of organizational practices and their impact on work behaviors, attitudes and performance.  
Course Content Psychological contracts, motivation and rewards, in role performance, organizational citizenship behaviors, organizational justice, person-organization fit, job satisfaction, organizational identification, organizational commitment, organizational trust, processes and dynamics of group, leadership and ethics, organizationl culture and climate
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Students learn the basic concepts of organizational behavior.
2Students learn the basic theories of organizational behavior
3Students explain the organizational problems according to the observation and data
4Students apply thories on organizational problems by critical perspective and menthality
5Students establish reasoning, and cause-effect relationship between the circumstances and between the phenomenons in organizational behavior
