Course Objective	Comprehend the Turkish poem that includes the examples from the beginning of the Turkish Republic till today with the basic features and fundamental drifts and groups (such as Memleket şiiri, Yedi Meşaleciler, Dergahçılar, Garipçiler, Toplumcular, II. Yeniciler etc)
Course Content	The aim of the course is study and evaluate some of the main literary movements spanning from the foundation of the Republic of Turkey onwards. Movements like Poetry of Land, Seven Torchbearers, Dergah Movement, Strange Movement, Socialists, Second New etc. will be examined.
