Course Objective Aim of  this course , starting from the year 1883 until October 29, 1923 was proclaimed the Republic of Turkey in the process, the art of painting have  be discussed.
Course Content In order to mention about Turkish painting in western style needs to go back to the second half of the 19th century. We can say that a Turkish painting in western style has started with students depicting their art training on canvas upon returning from abroad, where they were sent to study for the first time in 1830. Turkish painting art creates its own line in western style thanks to students who had been to Europe for painting lessons and to foreign painters who came from Europe and the guidance of School of Fine Art which was established in 1883.
