Course Objective The topic of that course is related with high councils wich its' number is augmented after 1980s and have its' own characterestic within the classical organizational formation. The aim of this course is to clarify the high councils’ structure and organs.
Course Content High councils have been operating at the regulation and control of sensitive public life areas like capital market, competititon, radio and Tv broadcasting, banking. High councils have been also defined as Independent Administrative Authorities. At that dimension; E.U. adaptation process of Turkey is also evaluated and Turkey-E.U. countries applications will be examined in a comparative manner.
