Course Objective To understand the impact of cultural processes in shaping organizational activities and to train intellectual researchers who will follow the mutual interaction between any organizational process and cultural structure.
Course Content The aim of this course is to examine the relationship between culture and business and its management. The content of the course can be summarized as follows: Culture and Behavior, Culture and division of labor, culture and cooperation of Solidarity Culture and Power Association, Organizations as union power, Culture and Classical Organization Theory, Culture and Neoclassical Organization Theory, Culture and the Modern Organization Theory, Culture and Postmodern Approaches to the Organization .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Learns there is a cultural base under every organizational activities.
2Understands all organization theories are in fact cultural product and results.
3By analyzing the specific culture, understands how such a culture can create organizational activity
4By looking the specific activity, he can solve how there is a cultural structure in such an activity enviroment.
5Analyzes the reality of Contemporary western civilization created the most comprehensive theory of organization is "Classical Organization Theory".
6Gains the ability to follow and comprehend the reality of changing organizational approachs in fact is a reflection cultural changes.
