Course Objective The aim of this course is to provide alternative lenses through which the student-teacher may view, analyze, and reconceptualize his/her approach and classroom practice through an increased familiarity with recent concepts in the field of English Language Teaching.
Course Content This course covers recent issues such as CLIL, SIOP, English as Lingua Franca, World Englishes, NNEST issues,The Common European Framework and European Language Portfolio.
