Course Objective
In the process of development and learning, the individual exhibits behavior with the influence of various variables. When these variables are classified, it can be seen that one of the basic categories is "variables related to individual differences". On the basis of this, the need for a systematic effort on the relevant work done is an indisputable fact. For this reason, in this course it is aimed to gain awareness about individual differences variables in education.
Course Content
Based on the purpose, some of the basic topics that can be examined in this framework are given below. Self-efficacy, problem-solving approaches, intelligence, personality traits, ego states, psychological well-being, psychological hardiness, family resilience, locus of control, self concept, self discipline etc.
