Course Objective The aim of lthis course to provide an overview of methodological issues such as research problems, ethics and research, variables and hypotheses, literature review, sampling, data collection and tools, validity and reliability.
Course Content Identifying the research problem, literature review and writing, quantitative research design, sampling techniques, data collection tools, validity and reliability, non-experimental research designs, experimental research designs, research ethics, data analysis, basic terms and characteristics in statistics, frequency distribution, mean, mode, median, standard deviation, standard error, variation, correlation and its types, Chi-Square, T-test and its types, one and multiple variance analysis, correlation and multiple regression, package programs used in statistical data analysis .
