Course Objective The aim of this course is to examine the use of art for a treatment from past to present, within the framework of the relationship between art and psychology to analyze the psychological value of art in the life process of the individual and society to examine the basic philosophical dimensions of art production to emphasize the importance of the concept of creativity and creation provides an increase.
Course Content This course includes art and psychology, the history of art and therapy, the use of art as therapy, the philosophical dimensions of art therapy, the contribution of art to the emotional and social development of individuals as a means of expression, self-expression through metaphors and symbols, expressionist painting techniques and examples used in art therapy, The study of interdisciplinary artists working in the field in the world and in Turkey includes creativity and spontaneity.
