Course Objective This course aims to learn the philosophical infrastructure of modern painting and its aesthetic and formal structure and workshop practices from cubism to 1945. In this context, the historical development of modern painting, the intellectual foundations of modern painting, formal values in modern painting, modern aesthetics and workshop applications of modern painting will be discussed.
Course Content The content of this course, from cubism to 1945, is the philosophical, aesthetic structure and formal structure of modern painting, and theoretically based expression and workshop practices.
