Course Objective The aim of this course is to enable students to gain basic skills, knowledge, behaviors and attitudes about understanding the relationship between education and economics. .
Course Content Basic concepts of educational economics, economic theories and implemantations in terms of education systems, educational economis theories, costs and expenses in education, educational finance, relationships between education and development .
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Will be able to explain the basic concepts about economics and educational economics.
2Will be able to explain historical process of educational economics in World and Turkey and firstly researches in this subject.
3Will be able to research the master and doctorate thesis about educational economics that write in Turkey.
4Will be able to research globalizations and international competition with education.
5Will be able to learn the cost-benefit and cost-efficiency analysis and take examples about educational and other sectors.
6Will be able to know financing models of educations and give examples about applications these models where Turkey and other countries.
7Will be able to know educational projects that World Bank and European Union credits. In addition to benefits of these projects to Turkey educations (The Projects of National Educations Development, The Project of Vocational and Technical Education Modernizations.
8Will be able to know productivity and efficiency at education and use throughout profession living.
