Course Objective	1. Study and apply comparative educational administration theories and practices; 2. Understand and be able to evaluate the effectiveness of various educational administration and educational policy practices around the world. 3. Develop knowledge of comparative educational administration in and around the world.
Course Content	To determine the educational administration in various countries based on goal, structure, process and climate dimensions of organization, and to compare the educational administrations of countries with eachother and Turkey.
