Course Objective	Raising students' consciousness and awareness about dynamics that affect the behaviour of individuals and groups; resolving conflicts and problems in a rational way by using the theories of organizational behavior.
Course Content	The concept of organization, individual behavior in organizations, motivation theories, groups, power and politics, leaders in organizations, organizational structure, effective comunication process, effective decision making process, organizational change and development.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Ability to comprehend and analyze the foundations of organizational behavior.
2	Ability to comprehend theories of motivation.
3	Ability to apply theories of motivation to teacher motivation in schools.
