Course Objective The aim of this lesson is to address the nature and purposes of measurement and evaluation that will be made real in mathematics lessons, different evaluation models and new approaches in evaluation; experience the use of technology in mathematical measurement and evaluation models; examine the mathematics items in international benchmark exams, national placement tests, the transition to higher education examinations and comparative these exams, implement and evaluate a test in the area.
Course Content Examining the nature and purposes of measurement and evaluation. Examining different evaluation models. Examining new approaches in evaluation. Experiencing the use of technology in mathematical measurement and evaluation methods. Examining the international benchmark exams, general assessment framework of these exams, national and international reports pertain to exams. Examining the mathematics items located in national placement tests and the transition to higher education examinations. Comparing the mathematics items located in international benchmark exams with national placement tests and the transition to higher education examinations. Implementing and evaluating a test in the area.
