Course Objective	The aim of this course is to study the relation of architecture and representation. The focus is specifically how the concepts of culture, identity, history and memory are presented in several spaces and regarding this how architecture becomes a medium of representation. The intention is to analyze the production of spaces in relation to the changing ideological viewpoints within socio-spatial and socio-cultural readings.
Course Content	Within the scope of this course the production of space and the representation of space will be open to discussion regarding the ideological background which dominate the process. Regarding this, ideological practices are to be discussed through several architectural examples and weekly readings.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.
