Course Objective Learns the main devices used in the characterization of materials. To be able to determine the electrical and magnetic properties of materials by using structural characterization methods (XRD, SAXS, SEM, TEM, SPM, Gas adsoption).
Course Content The main equipment used in the characterization of materials is to learn. Structural characterization methods (XRD, SAXS, SEM, TEM, SPM, Gas adsoption), Physical characterizations (thermal, mechanical and optical characterizations), determination of electrical and magnetic properties.
