Course Objective
The main objective of this course is to teach the design, production and determination of mechanical properties of composite materials and advanced composite materials to the students and also give knowledge about application areas, product design and development in mechatronics; intelligent materials and their applications.
Course Content
Composite and advanced composite materials, manufacturing methods of composite material, mechanics of composite materials, intelligent materials, piezoelectric materials, shape memory alloys, magnetostrictive materials.
