Course Objective	Examination of digital integrated circuit structures and preparing a substructre for digital integrated circuit design.
Course Content	Electrical properties of digital integrated circuits, transistor-transistor logic, emitter coupled logic, NMOS logic, CMOS logic, relations between digital logic circuit structures, interconnection in digital logic circuits, digital memories.
