Course Objective Acquiring fundamental theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of simulations and design internal combustion engines
Course Content Terms used in internal combustion engines, combustion, gas flow and heat transfer models, modelling of the internal energy changes in cylinder, determination of combustion products, dynamic model of engine, modelling of friction lost, computer aided modelling of internal combustion engine, model-based performance analysis.
