Course Objective To enable the graduate student to design and evaluate experiments for the solution of a structural engineering problem.
Course Content Introduction, laboratory security, loading and measurement systems, principles of control and data acquisition, evaluation of data, experimental techniques in structural engineering, discussion and report writing, review of past experimental studies on structural behavior. .
