Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach electrical properties of semiconductors and to give information about the experimental methods which are used to determine these properties.
Course Content Resistance, Resistivity, Carrier Density, Mobility, Determination of Scattering Mechanisms, Space Charge Limited Current Technique, Determination of Thermally Activated Current Mechanisms, Hall Effect, High Speed I-V Measurements, Time of Flight Method, 4-Probe Method, C-V Measurements
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1 After they have sufficient information about theoretical and experimental subjects, they specialize in an electrical properties and review literature.
2 They acquire the skills to collect, compare, analyse, solve and present the informations related with electrical properties.
3 They can develop theories for physical events, design experiments, measure physical quantityand explain the results.
4They can take responsibilities and work with the other groups.
5They can make a connection between technology and experimental and theoretical skills.
