Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach magnetic and superconductivity properties, surface and interface properties of solids, alloys, crystalline defects and non-crystalline solids.

1 Learns to distinguish between the magnetic properties of solids
2Learn the properties of magnetic materials.

4Learn physics of Surfaces and Interfaces
5Learn about the formation and properties of alloys.
6 Learn about and properties of amorphous solids.
7 Is sufficient theoretical knowledge about the solids. Learns to do a literature search.
