Course Objective Understanding of the interaction with the signal in plants geçirimi and media purposes.
Course Content Signal transduction in plants and the cross talk with the environment; Light perception and signal transduction; The role of active oxygen species in plant signal transduction; Heat stress-induced signaling; Molecular mechanisms of signal transduction in cold acclimation; Dehydration stress and signal transduction; Wound- and mechanical signaling; Salt stress signal transduction in plants; Recognition and defense signaling in plant/bacterial and fungal interactions.
