Course Objective Developmental Cell Biochemistry course is at the core of understanding how organisms develop from eggs through to adults. This course offers theoretical training to understand development by using cell biology as well as molecular genetics and biochemistry.
Course Content Developmental biology: The anatomical tradition, Life cycles and the evolution of developmental patterns, Principles of experimental embryology, Genes and development: Techniques and ethical issues, The genetic core of development: Differential gene expression, Proteins in development, Early embryonic development, Later embryonic development, Environmental regulation of animal development.
