Chemical wich are used in antioxidant studies, Synthetic antioxidants and their usage fields, Food which contains natural antioxidant and their importance in the life of the living creatures, Antioxidant studies which were made on plants, Preparation methods of the plant extractions, In the extraction construction, be flied the solvent and drain the water, Determination methods of antioxidant activity, Studies in the UV spectrofotometer, Determination of the total amount of phenolic compounds, Determination of the total antioxidant activity, Determination of free radical activity’s elimination, Laboratory studies of the antioxidants studies totalized.
