Course Objective	This course, it is aimed to provide students with comprehensive theoretical knowledge about health diagnosis and to gain in-depth objective and subjective data collection skills.
Course Content	The course content includes diagnostic methods (story taking, data collection), evaluation of systems, holistic nursing approaches in physical diagnosis, and nurses' roles and responsibilities in physical diagnosis
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite	No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES

1	Knows the methods of assessing the health of the individual
2	To be able to identify the normal structure and functions of systems with physical diagnostic methods
3	To be able to identify abnormal findings in the structure and functions of systems with physical diagnostic methods
4	To be able to relate and interpret the findings obtained by physical diagnosis methods according to the socio-cultural and emotional status of the person.
