Course Objective The aim of the course is to provide the acute and chronic changes caused by exercise in the body. The changes occurred by exercise in the system, The effect of different exercise and made in different condition on organisms, the effects of changes in the body on exercise performance, the effect of personal and gender differences on exercise will be discussed.
Course Content Exercises and Muscle, Hypertrophy, Power and endurance of Muscle, Acute Adaptation of Circulatory System and Heart in Exercise, Chronic Adaptation of Circulatory System and Heart in Exercise, Changes in Blood Pressure during Exercises and Sportsman Heart, Acute Adaptation of Respiratory System in Exercise, Chronic Adaptation of Respiratory System in Exercise, Changes in Blood during Exercises, Hormonal Changes in Exercise, Nutrition in Sportsman, Water and Electrolyte Balance in Exercise, Dehydration, Exercise in High Altitude, Exercise and Thermoregulation, Difference of Women and Child in Exercise, Fatigue
