COURSE DESCRIPTION
Course Level Master's Degree
Course Type Elective
Course Objective The aim of this course is on all the dimensions necessary for the complete development of a functional training program and the application and functions of exercises in accordance with this understanding.
Course Content The fact that the muscle size and strength level gained in bodybuilding and powerlifting trainings, in which single-joint exercises are predominantly used, cause many athletes to make mistakes. Most athletes train only to develop muscle size and strength, without considering whether it is suitable for their training and how they will transfer the strength they have achieved. Functional training, on the other hand, is based on a knowledge of anatomy guided by the anatomical structure of the living organism, focusing on the use of multi-plane and unidirectional exercises in order to improve the functions of the body and provide specific transfers to the sport branch.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
