Course Objective The main purpose of this lesson is to examine the different recovery strategies that can be used in certain team and individual sports in order to optimize sportive performance after acute and chronic fatigue.
Course Content Within the scope of this course, certain branches will be analyzed in terms of game structure and requirements. Mechanisms that can be used in the process of eliminating acute and chronic fatigue that occur in line with the structure of the branches will be examined. Nutrition, supplements, rest periods, forms of rest, massage and cold shower etc. Alternative recovery methods will be discussed.
