Course Objective	This course aims to make students learn about the museums and classify by taking into consideration some factors including their management organizations, collections and other characteristics, which are located both in Turkey and in the different parts of the world in the field of tourism guidance. This course also aims to make the students have the information about world history and cultural heritage and give examples.
Course Content	The basic concepts related to museums and museology, museums in the world and in Turkey, research history of museum and museology, types of museum, types of exhibitions in the museums, education in museums and modern museology.
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
