Course Objective This course aims to make students collect data via scientific research methods, evaluate the collected data, and analyze the research findings and results with statistical programs, prepare a research report in accordance with scientific rules and ethical principles and make a presentation.
Course Content Scientific research and its importance, main concepts related to scientific research methods, scientific research structure and process, data collection methods, scale types, sampling concept and methods, analysis techniques, data analysis and writing of the report, basic information and sample data input to SPSS program, common mistakes, scientific ethics and research ethics, unethical behaviors.
