The concept of culture and the theory of culture. Cultural contents and processes. Field research in anthropology. Method and technics; applied anthropology. Cultural evolutions and revolutions. Energy, naturel environment and population. Types of production and consumption with trading styles. Differentiation, classification and group together. Kinship, lineage and marriage. Process of training: the dimensions of ındividual, society and culture. What is human? Who is he? General evaluation of the course.
