Course Objective	To provide information on public administrations, public officials and other persons in charge of carrying out public services, to improve the knowledge of the administrative organization, to develop legal thinking about the elements of administrative proceeding, elements of administrative proceeding and administrative actions.
Course Content	Basic principles of administrative law, Turkish administrative system, rule of law principle and administration, administrative action, clause and contract, elements of administrative process
Prerequisites	No the prerequisite of lesson.
