Course Objective The purpose of this course is to teach students about economics effects of public debt .
Course Content This course includes the topics such as debt theory, debt-taxation relation, external debt concept, external debt of Ottoman era, external debt of Republican period, internal debt concept, reasons, instruments and economic effects of debt, Turkey’s internal debt policy, consolidation, conversion and debt management policies. .
