The economic functions of local government end local public goods and services; the scope of intergovernmental fiscal relations the topics of the local governments' economic functions, the intergovernmental share of services and revenues, efficiency and pricing in the supply of local public services, the local governments in Turkey. .
Course Content
The topic such as intergovernmental relations, public goods-constitution-privatization and local governments, financial structures of Turkey’s local governments, financial structures of Turkey’s local governments, the structure of intergovernmental fiscal relations and local taxation in several countries. .
