Course Objective To understand the effect of cultural processes in shaping of management activities and to train researchers and managers who have intellectual qualities that will follow analitically the mutual interaction between any kinds of administrative process and cultural structure.
Course Content 1.The relationship between culture and civilization 2. Culture fact and management process 3. Changes in culture and management approach 4. Culture and management theories 5. Intercultural Management and Organization Process .

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Understands that cultural background on the basis of each management activity.
2Understans all management theories are in fact a cultural product and the result.
3By analyzing the specific culture, he understands how such a culture of a particular culture may create a management activity.
4By analyzing the specific management activity, he can solve how there is a cuture structure behind os such a management activity.
5Analyzes the reality of the most comprehensive and effective process of management theory modernization process created is "Classical Management Theory" .
6Gains the ability of interpreting the reality of each comprehensive culture change also leads to change in management process and approaches consecutively.
