Course Objective The main objective of course, explain the concept of project management, teach how to plan a successful project and how to prepare will be monitored.
Course Content Concepts and principles of project management, project life cycle costs and lower parts of the separation of business organization; project scope, timing, and resource management; graphical notation and diagrams of priority: Gantt charts, network diagrams, critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review method (PERT), the trade-off analysis; the role of project managers.
