Aggregate planning; aggregate planning strategies, methods for aggregate planning, aggregate planning in services, yield management. Material requirements planning; dependent inventory model requirements, MRP structure, MRP management, Lot-sizing techniques, extensions of MRP, enterprise resource planning (ERP). Short-term scheduling; scheduling issues, loading jobs, sequencing jobs, theory of constraints, scheduling services. JIT and lean operations.
