Course Objective To introduce the latest applications in artificial intelligence and internet technology and to determine the legal responsibility related to them, especially to determine the legal problems that exist in terms of private law and to inform the student about the violations of rights that can be realized by using these technologies.
Course Content Artificial intelligence technology and Chatgpt applications, the future of these applications and legal problems that may arise, Deep Fake application and legal problems, cyber harassment methods such as Doxing, Revenge Porn etc. and legal and criminal liability related to them
