Course Objective to provide students with practical knowledge on divorce, to give them tips that will be useful in their work as lawyers and judges on divorce and to evaluate the decisions of the Court of Cassation on this subject
Course Content Reasons for divorce in Turkish law and comparisons with the Swiss and German divorce system, types of alimony and analysis of decisions in practice
