Course Objective To master the regulations brought by the Forest Law No. 6831 and its related legislation ; to increase knowledge and skills on forest criminal law, forest property law and compensation law.
Course Content The place of Forest Law in the Turkish Legal System, Examining the Forest Law, Forest crimes and case study, Forest property, case studies by the European Court of Human Rights.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
