Course Objective The aim of the public international law of the sea course is to enable students to follow the stages of legal reasoning and develop their analytical skills in this field-specific concepts, terminology and issues related to international law of the sea.
Course Content The content of the course mainly covers the basic rules, principles and institutions of the maritime public law in accordance with its purpose.
