Course Objective To understand the place of disability law in Turkish Legal System and International Legislation; be able to define the medical model and the social approach model; It is to have knowledge about the concept of rights-based approach and to perceive the wrongs that are known to be true about disability.
Course Content Learning the right application methods to the right authorities in the face of rights violations; understanding the negativities arising from the medical model and producing solutions within the framework of human rights and universal law principles; is to gain the necessary equipment for new studies in this field by understanding the development process of disability law.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.
