Course Objective The aim of this course is to teach the basic principles, institutions and legal principles regarding the protection of personal data.
Course Content This course will include the following topics: the concept of personal data, legal development regarding the protection of personal data, explicit consent, processing of personal data, national and international regulations regarding the protection of personal data, protection of personal data in the constitution, protection of personal data in administrative law.

1Students will be able to learn basic rules and concepts about the protection of personal data within the scope of Turkish Law and international regulations, as well as analyze judicial decisions regarding the protection of personal data.
