Course Objective	Investigation of the Organization of Administrative Law, undertaken the main role of the administration the supervising by judiciary in Turkey, and the Administrative Procedure. Explaination of the litigation, examination of the trial and result in the trial.
Course Content	General information about the contents and aim of the course; provide information on the processing method; the Administration Supervision, comparison control of administration judicial and non-judicial ways; Judicial cooperation for judicial control of administrative and judicial administration system;the birth and the present situation of administrative courts in France
