Course Objective A sistematic presentation of a private law dispute, from take an action till validity of a verdict with basic principles of civil procedure law and presentation of alternative dispute resolution methods.
Course Content General introduction to civil procedural law, court organization, competence and authority, action, trial, evidences, arts of procedures, special occasions in a trial, legal remedies, final judgment and arbitration. These subjects are examined in the concept of this lecture.
Prerequisites No the prerequisite of lesson.
Corequisite No the corequisite of lesson.

COURSE LEARNING OUTCOMES
1Ability to explain the basic concepts and foundations of civil procedure law.
2Ability to determine the civil procedure law rules to be applied to a dispute.
3Ability to propose mediation or state judgement or any other dispute resolution methods for dispute resolution.
4Ability to explain the principles of occupational ethics.
5Ability to implement the civil procedure rules from take an action till validity of verdict.
6Ability to implement procedural action in the consideration of fundamental rights and principles in constitution like right to a fair trial to resolve a dispute subject to a judgment.
