Course Objective To understand the meaning of communication, communication elements and types from the perspective of law, To comprehend basic communication skills. To comprehend communication obstacles and conflicts, causes and solutions in the legal profession.
Course Content The definition of communication, the elements of communication, the elements of communication and the law in terms of the profession, the importance of communication in general and in terms of law, the characteristics of communication, communication types, basic communication skills in terms of general and legal profession and effective use of the forms, communication barriers and conflicts during the legal process
